This contract is for the initialisation of a centralised function within DCC to define and implement both processes and technology to continuously monitor and improve the authority's security posture; whilst preventing, detecting, investigating and responding to cyber security incidents. The initial term is for 12 months with the option to extend 3 x 12 months
