Cobalt - Minor Adaptations 2016-20 - AWARD

Cobalt Housing is seeking to appoint a Single Contractor for the provision of Disabled Facilities Minor Adaptation Works including grab rails, hand rails etc. Works will be in occupied, domestic premises at different individual addresses across North Liverpool in the postcode areas L9, L10 and L11. The estimated value of the contract for the four year period, excluding VAT, is approximately £100,000. The resultant contract will commence from 01/05/2016 to 01/05/2020.
