GSV1538 - Porterage, Removals and Storage Services - AWARD

The Authority requires a Contractor to provide porterage, removals and storage services to the Houses of Parliament. The Parliamentary Estate is currently all within the Westminster area and is around 240,000m2 Gross Internal Area. Approximately, 75% is Grade I or II listed buildings with the associated historic interiors and furnishings. Buildings may be added to or removed as operational requirements change and the successful Contractor will be required to adjust their service as necessary during the lifetime of the agreement. The duration of the contract will be 5 years with the option to extend for a further 3 periods of one year. The contract start date is 1 July 2017.
