Description

This contract comprises two distinct phases. For phase 1 the Authority wishes to purchase service to bring the CPRD Safe Trusted Research Environment system out of MVP into Alpha, Beta and production phases by continually developing the product using agile methodology. Phase 2 will focus on service and Maintenance of the CPRD Safe Trusted Research Environment system. MHRA is looking to award one contract to one supplier, but reserves the right to award more than one contract to more than one supplier. For the avoidance of doubt, any information provided to the MHRA in response to this RFI will be treated as confidential and non-binding. No contract will be awarded as a consequence of this RFI process, however, the MHRA may launch a procurement opportunity in the near future. Responding to this RFI is not a prerequisite for participation in a subsequent procurement, nor does it give any advantage in that procurement. The MHRA would welcome responses to this RFI in order that the MHRA can build an understanding regarding the current and future provision of the project.
