Cleaning Services for BCH & Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Services

A nationally appointed framework tendered by ESPO - Total Cleaning Services Solution 263 was identified as a compliant route to market. As contracting authorities BCH and BFRS are able to access the framework and in accordance with the provisions of the framework direct award a contract where it makes the most commercial sense to do so. The procurement team carried out a benchmarking across suppliers and are recommending an award of contract to our incumbent supplier as the route to market is compliant and savings have been identified through the process.
