CO0332 National Evaluation of Free Bikes

We are seeking a specialist evaluation organisation to develop and implement an evaluative Social and Economic Return on Investment of the free bikes programme across the three LDP areas and to report on the findings. The evaluation aims to explore the social, environmental, health and economic value free bikes are having for individuals, their families, the local community and wider economy. This should include any changes to physical and mental health of individuals, wider family and community effects including community cohesion and connectedness, and wider system impact.
