TMBC Information Technology Service Management System (ITSM) Supplier Engagement

Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council is inviting interested parties to take part in a supplier engagement process regarding an Information Technology Service Management System to help deliver, manage and improve the internal services provided by IT to staff and members. At this stage the Council is undecided about how best to deliver this contract and is engaging with the market to explore options and gauge the current market interest. All submissions must be made via the 'Messaging' section of the Kent Business Portal (registration is free, https://procontract.due-north.com/register). Submissions must be submitted by 5pm on Friday 20th December 2024.
