GB-Manchester: Dining Hall Extension - Benchill Primary School

The school are looking for a single storey extension measuring a minimum of 85m2. The contract is to include Mechanical & Electrical and fit-out, and the extension needs to meet Part L2A Building Regulations. It has been suggested that this could take the form of a glazed steel framed structure with a steel profile roof. The tender is to include for all contract preliminaries and associated groundworks. The contractor will be responsible for removal of all waste from the site, including the existing bike shed, and will be responsible for ensuring there is no damage to the surrounding trees.
