With the arrival of HS2 and the Elizabeth line at the new Old Oak Common station, OO provides an exciting opportunity to deliver a new urban district in West London. OPDC has been developing plans to bring forward the regen opportunity with the capacity to unlock up to 9K homes, approximately 3million so ft of commercial accommodation with retail and community space, alongside 25 acres of public realm.
