Age Related Hearing Loss, Norfolk and Waveney CCG (Window 2)

NHS Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group are seeking to commission an Any Qualified Provider list for the provision of Age Related Hearing Loss Services for the Central Region of Norfolk and Waveney though this may be extended at a later stage to other geographies in the CCG (East and West Norfolk). This is the second time this has been advertised (Window 2), and previous bidders accepted onto the AQP need not apply.
