HCA - Multidisciplinary - Ground Investigation - Land at Norton Green, Stevenage

The following scope of works for initial investigation 1. Preliminary Risk Assessment 2. Trial pitting exercise to maximum 5m depth - 20 locations 3. Allowance for gas monitoring installations and monitoring visits - (Provide timescale of intervals in monitoring visits) 4. Allowance for analyses of soil samples of made ground 5. Allowance for Interpretative Report (in electronic and paper formats) concerning the outcomes of the above investigations, containing annexes holding all quantitative and qualitative data results obtained, with annotated plans at 1:500 scale at A1. To provide estimated costs (with express accompanying assumptions used in their calculation) for undertaking works (where relevant and necessary).
