Refurbishment of sports pavilion

The works are to refurbish the interior of an existing sports pavilion to create: - 2 team and 1 officials changing rooms - 2 public disabled toilets - a club room with toilets and - a tennis club room There works include: - some internal demolition - new partitions - overboarding ceilings - new internal insulation and wall linings (in part) - new electrical installation - power, lighting, emergency lighting, - new heating from air source heat pumps - new toilets and showers including cubicles - some new glazing with shutters - decoration - some external hard landscaping - the work will be carried out in phases as the building will remain partly operational
