Legal Services Retainer - Grant Agreement Support (RDEL and Housing Growth & Incubator Programme)

Provision of external legal services via a retainer arrangement to support two grant agreement workstreams: (1) negotiation and agreement of remaining RDEL grant agreements under the Target Housing Revenue Acceleration Funding Programme; and (2) preparation of a standard form grant agreement, negotiation of individual grant agreements with constituent authorities, and subsidy control advice under the WMCA High Streets & Growth Incubator Programme. Instructions to be issued as required under the retainer.
