Leadership Development Programme

South Lakeland District Council (SLDC) are seeking requests for quotation for the provision of a Leadership Development programme to coincide with a new Leadership Team in the organisation. The Programme aim is to support the establishment of the new team including the formation of the team as a unit, to create a sense of one team within the Leadership population and to develop the team to work collaboratively to resolve organisational issues.
