Description
Whitchurch Town Council seeks to engage with suitability qualified contractors to undertake the refurbishment of the Grade II* listed Town Hall. Works will include the installation of a lift to the first floor, new glazed screens to the front of the building, window repairs to the first floor, refurbishment of the Council chamber, installation of a kitchen and disabled toilet facilities upstairs, new toilet facilities downstairs, installation of a new staircase, plumbing and electrical works to the building and re-decoration works.
