Homelessness Day Shelter Service

To commission a District Wide day shelter service to work with individuals who are homeless or in immediate danger of becoming homeless. Individual's immediate health and wellbeing needs will be assessed and appropriate action taken to start to address these. The support provided will be short term (up to 6 months) and based on assessed needs and have time bound goals. Service users will be supported to access support that address their immediate emergency accommodation needs. The service will have a capacity to work with up to 100 individuals (average presentations per day) at any one time.
