The University Council has commissioned a review of the University governance to clarify the decision-making processes and create documentation that is easier to understand. This represents a high-profile project that will deliver the requirements of Council by 31 July 2022. The vision is that this review will help to create an honest and open environment where the running of the University and delivery of its strategy is underpinned by highly effective decision making where everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
