This framework shall have up to a maximum of 8 Suppliers with the ability to meet the requirements of the specification and provide all the Mandatory 8 Core Benefits: Core Benefits - Mandatory • Childcare Vouchers • Car Leasing Scheme • Technology and White Goods Scheme • Cycle to Work Scheme • Gym Membership • Financial Wellbeing Schemes including access to affordable loans • Leisure and Retail Discounts Scheme including E Gift Cards/E Discount Codes. • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Additional Benefits - Non-Mandatory These shall include but not limited to the following: • Online Cycle Shop • Total Rewards Statement • Shared Cost Additional Voluntary Contribution Schemes (SCAVC's) • Reward and Recognition Benefits • Buying and Selling of Annual Leave • Holiday Scheme • Eyecare Scheme
