Contract for the implementation, software, support, maintenance, and training of a new cloud-based contact centre solution. The contract value is inclusive of the initial contract term (5 years), two optional 1-year extensions, and VAT. The value is an estimate as charges are dependent on user licences and call volumes. The notice value is being updated to reflect a contingency amount that was included at award for use of these services. This figure was missed off the original notice in error.
