ESPH AB Building Cleaning Contract (ESPH465 TI) - AWARD

Wealden District Council ('the Council') are sought a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide a cleaning service for all the Council offices, Public buildings and Public conveniences within the Wealden area. The work has been divided into three distinct Contracts (to be referred to as Lots) so as to recognise the specialist nature and requirements of each activity: i) Lot One: Council Offices & Ad Hoc Services ii) Lot Two: Crematorium iii) Lot Three: Public Conveniences It is anticipated that the contract will commence in 1st April 2022 up to 31st March 2025 with an option to extend by 2x 12 month periods until 31st March 2027.
