Strategic context - we will review key national, regional/ICB, and local drivers shaping the Trust's estate, including relevant legislation, system priorities, and internal Trust strategies. This will ensure the Estate Strategy is firmly aligned with, and able to enable, the Trust's wider ambitions. 2. Estate baseline - we will gather, analyse, and interpret your property and asset data to provide a clear picture of current estate performance. This will highlight pressures, risks, and opportunities for improvement or optimisation across your sites.
