JFC7A/00036 PROVISION OF NHS PRACTICE SUPPORT TO GAMECOCK BARRACKS, BRAMCOTE, WARWICKSHIRE

The Authority has a requirement to provide Primary Health Care (PHC) services for Service personnel assigned or attached to Gamecock Barracks Bramcote. The Population At Risk (PAR) is approximately (600). The requirement includes the provision of services to Service personnel both by working as part of a DPHC team supporting the Regimental Medical Officer (RMO) at the DPHC medical centre, and by providing support in the form of availability for supply of telephone advice and a facility for same-day appointments from the Contractor's own CQC registered premises, which must be reachable by road from Bramcote within 30 minutes. Attendance required at the Medical Centre is from 0800 to 1300 Monday to Friday with the support from the Contractor's premises provide from the end of that time up to the beginning of OOH cover (not part of this requirement).
