Description
Queen’s requires the services of a Supplier to deliver Generator Maintenance Services to Queen’s University Belfast, included Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, Repairs and Callouts to ensure the University’s business is not at risk and has available and continuous back up in the event of power failure. This may be approached by the Supplier using an existing project model or the development of a novel bespoke model. The proposed system must however be tailored to the University’s needs. Core objectives of this contract: • Provide maintenance to 23 stand-by generators across the campus. 17 cover entire buildings and a further 6 cover firefighting lifts. • Each generator must be serviced twice a year (one major and one minor service). • Provide a 24-hour callout service for emergency repair or breakdown is required, which must be responded to within 4 hours of fault notification.
