Pay Benchmarking Exercise for HMCG

Using Crown Commercial Service Framework RM6187: Lot5 HR Management Consultancy Framework Three (MCF3), our requirement is to review HM Coastguard Officer grades, pay and reward against comparative roles in similar organisations and across Government at a regional and national level. This will provide an evidential base to assist HM Coastguard develop appropriate and tailored strategies to improve recruitment and retention and ensure that its staff are correctly graded, paid and rewarded.
