HCC - 02/18 - The Provision of Domiciliary Personal Care and Community Enabling Care (Homecare) for Children and Young People of Hertfordshire - AWARD

Following a procurement, Hertfordshire County Council has awarded a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Domiciliary Personal Care and Community Enabling Care (Homecare) for Children and Young People of Hertfordshire. This Framework Agreement is for an initial period of three (3) years and eight (8) months with an option to extend the Framework Agreement for up to a further two (2) years on an annual basis at the sole discretion of the Council. The Council is awarding the Framework Agreement for this period in order to ensure continuity for Service Users and that the procurement is attractive to the provider market. Please note that the Contract requirements will be subject to available financial resources, supplier performance and flexibility to meet changing demands.
