BOX Content Management System

Terms for purchase of Box Cloud Content Management Solution. Box will partner with the Customer using an agile approach, to: - Explore and document 'as-is' and 'to-be' process and workflows, working with the Innovation team and key stakeholders - Align on scope required for 'MVP' prototype - Agree success criteria, metrics and methods of evaluation for respective criteria - Design and execute stakeholder engagement model for PoC evaluation - Build out configuration in Box to support MVP requirements - Deploy MVP to stakeholders for evaluation - Work with the Innovation team to consolidate feedback from stakeholders, and summary findings against KPI metrics - In collaboration with the Innovation team, produce executive-level write-up of results from the PoC, and go-forward recommendations
