Six Facet Management

Synchronicity Care Limited has the requirement for a Six Facet Survey, requested by NHS England as part of their recommended 'best practice' for establishing and managing Estates Backlog. NHSE recommend that in order to establish the current condition of a Trust estate and thereby assess the capital investment required to maintain compliance with statutory safety legislation and fire safety requirements, the buildings within all Trust estates should be subject to assessment of their condition and associated risk. The recommended approach is for a formal condition survey to be carried out by means of an annual survey, as part of a five year cycle.
