Cleaning Services

South Staffs Water and Cambridge Water (SSC) are looking to partner with a supplier for Cleaning Services of our offices and other buildings across the South Staffordshire and Cambridge Regions. There will be TUPE considerations as we would prefer to retain cleaning staff. Improved environmental conditions in all the areas would need to be assured. Duties include cleaning of the manned areas such as offices, toilets, corridors, and kitchens but may involve further works which will be operationally dependent. Provision is required to provide Covid cleaning on a temporary basis for both lots. There are elements within the contract that will be removed once we feel they are no longer needed as Covid measures change such as: Touch Point Cleaning.
