Imperial War Museums is seeking to appoint a consultant training developer to aid us in improving the visitor experience across all of the IWM sites and designing a training programme to ensure uniformity across all of the IWM sites. IWM would like to ensure that we are providing a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging experience for all visitors.
