Description
The University is seeking to procure a reading list solution to support teaching and learning. It is a requirement that all modules taught at Coventry must have a reading list covering essential and recommended reading to guide students. The reading list software is administered by the University Library, but is populated by teaching staff with assistance from the library. The University envisages that the solution will be delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS) managed by the vendor, who will be responsible for maintenance, support and upgrades. The system procured will need to be intuitive, easy to update, resilient and able to be embedded into the university's educational technology ecosystem: the university uses Aula as its Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). The University is looking to contract with the successful supplier for a three-year period. This is a competitive procurement, conducted as an open tender. This Agreement has been awarded under the Public Contract Regulations 2015. Procurement Documents are located on the following URL. Suppliers must upload their documents to this portal. https://in-tendhost.co.uk/coventryuniversity/aspx/Home
