Printed Materials and Associated Services - AWARD

The University of York is pleased to invite tenders for the provision of printed material and associated services. This tender is being conducted on behalf of the University's internal print unit, known as Design and Print Solutions (DPS). DPS is the University's in-house printer and produces a variety of printed material for our departments. It has good digital print capability but needs support from external printers when jobs need to be litho printed, require specialist finishing techniques or when they are already running at capacity for digital jobs. The purpose of this tender is to appoint three external print companies to a framework agreement. The successful suppliers will be required to produce and deliver a range of printed materials and associated services. The three suppliers appointed to the framework will have equal status and will be required to compete for each print job that DPS wishes to outsource. The estimated spend through the framework is approximately 150000 GBP per annum, shared between the suppliers. Please express an interest to view the tender documentation.
