Description
The Borough Council of Bolton ("the Authority") is prepared to receive Request to Participate proposals for Bolton Children's Integrated Health and Wellbeing Service (0-19's) which will be subject to the information, specification and Request to Participate package enclosed. The appointment will be by using the "Competitive Procedure with Negotiation" procedure as defined within Clause 29 of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015.The Authority will focus on prevention and early intervention to improve the health and wellbeing of all children, young people and their families by promoting resilience and focusing resources upstream to improve outcomes for children and protect them from harm. The provision of Children's Integrated Health and Wellbeing Service (0-19's), is to be used by the Council's Public Health Team, Department of People and Bolton NHS Clinical Commissioning Group. No business whatsoever is guaranteed under this Contract and the value may vary during the Contract term.
