Software as a Service Agreement - One Education Student Management

This Call-Off Contract is for the provision of Services under: • Lot 2: Cloud software The Services to be provided by the Supplier under the above Lot are listed in Schedule 1 incorporating the following: • The Buyer will be granted access to the Software set out in Schedule 1 on a Software as a Service basis within the specified Use Restrictions; and The Supplier will provide the Implementation Services as set out in Schedule 1 in relation to the above Software. The contract term is 3+1 years.
