PRELIMINARY MARKET ENGAGEMENT (PME) NOTICIFICATION - This is not a call for competition as THE TENDER DOCUMENTATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE. PLEASE ACCESS THE MESSAGES SECTION ON THE ACTIVITY DASHBOARD (ONCE AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST HAS BEEN COMPLETED) FOR ANY FURTHER COMMUNICATIONS FOR THIS PRELIMINARY MARKET ENGAGEMENT, INCLUDING THE REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) DOCUMENTATION AND ASSOCIATED RESPONSE DEADLINE. The authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier, multi-lot framework for the provision of Building Safety services, for its members and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies across the UK. The framework is split into 6 lots: • Lot 1: Consultants • Lot 2: Passive Fire • Lot 3: Passive Safety R&M • Lot 4: Active Fire • Lot 5 Active Safety R&M • Lot 6: Principal Contractor (End-to-end) And will be split into Six Regional Sub-Lots: • Sub-Lot 1 – North East • Sub-Lot 2 – Yorkshire & North West • Sub-Lot 3 – Central • Sub-Lot 4 – South East • Sub-Lot 5 – South West • Sub-Lot 6 – Wales For each Lot, the authority seeks to appoint up to 6 suitably qualified Providers per Regional Sub-lot able to provide the full requirements
