Registered Social Landlord for Community Forensic Service

The service specification outlines the Registered Social Landlord provision of 5 high quality forensic pathway step up/ step down flats for clients with learning disabilities. It is an expectation that the Registered Social Landlord will provide safe, high quality support for clients with a learning disability to enable them to live in the least restrictive environment with the optimum level of independence. Registered Social Landord will be required to engage in multi-agency working with other statutory and tertiary services within the locality to ensure personal living conditions meet individual client needs.
