Business Growth West Midlands Service Quality Assurance - CAN

Notice to confirm the award of a contract for Quality Assurance and Monitoring of the Business Growth West Midlands (BGWM) Service. This contract will provide ongoing monitoring and quality assurance of WMCA's Business Growth West Midlands advisory service and will focus on the client experience, service delivery and business impact and actions to enable an evidence-based approach to service development and improvement on both a regional and local level with the aim of providing a high-quality, consistent service across the WMCA area. Initial contract duration is 18 months from 1st March 2024 to 31st August 2025 with a 12 month option to extend to a final end date of 31st August 2026.
