Lease Regear Management Services

"The Department for Work and Pensions Estates has awarded a contract for leasehold regear management services. This contract relates to a three-year programme to manage more than five hundred regears across Front of House and Service and Support Centre sites to secure continuity of public services. The supplier will provide Leasehold Regear Management to oversee landlord engagement, to deal negotiation, governance and the legal work up until completion of individual projects, together with management of internal DWP resources and progress reporting to senior stakeholders. The geographical scope covers the whole of DWP's estate.
