EPP0327 Windows & Doors Replacement

Tendring District Council is commissioning the replacement of existing uPVC windows, doors and frames across its housing stock as part of the Housing Investment Programme 2025/26. The aim is to take a structured, compliant approach to asset renewal while improving home security, boosting energy efficiency and helping prevent properties from falling below decent standards.\r The programme will deliver high-performance uPVC double-glazed units, designed to meet all relevant Building Regulations and applicable British and European standards, while supporting the Council's wider priorities around safety, sustainability and long-term environmental performance.
