Security Services at Lewes HQ

Sussex Police Headquarters in Lewes, East Sussex is the largest site. There are over 1000 Sussex Police staff and approximately 100 East Sussex Fire and Rescue staff based at this location including Senior and Chief Officers. There are a high volume of visitors and contractors coming onto the site throughout the year. All persons visiting are subject of a signing in/out procedure which includes checking credentials, issuing passes and contacting the relevant point of contact. To effectively manage these numbers of people, Sussex Police has outsourced security to a single supplier. The current requirements are for - Provision of a Security Officer working at Sussex Police Headquarters between the hours of 07:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
