Description
Places for People Group are seeking to appoint a sole supplier of commercial laundry equipment and maintenance services and as such, wish to form a contract which will be utilised and owned by Places for People Group. It is intended that this contract will be used to meet the needs of Places for People Group and their Group subsidiaries for commercial laundry assets (including servicing and maintenance aspects).

Places for People Group proposes to establish a sound and stable relationship with the Applicant to undertake provision of the Goods and Services for a duration of 6 years with an option to extend twice for a further 2 years based on satisfactory performance against the agreed SLA/KPI’s. Therefore the maximum possible duration of the agreement will 10 years. The service and performance will be reviewed every 12 months as a minimum.
