NHS Digital is looking to change the way it manages and develops products and services which are currently delivered/accessed through or supported/informed by its Spine Core Platform. This will mean a move to a product-based approach which will see the IT run, maintain and transform responsibilities organised in pillars - Clinicals products and service has responsibility for the followings: National Record Location (NRL)  Summary Care Record (SCR) Summary Care Record application (SCRa) Child Protection Information Service (CPIS) Reasonable Adjustments (RA) flag  Female Genital Mutilation (FGM)
