Procurement of social media management tool

The contract for our social media management tool, Orlo is coming to an end on 6 June 2024, so we needed to reprocure a social media management tool. We need this tool to manage our social media output across the council's main social media accounts and service specific social media channels, currently X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Nextdoor. This tool must allow us to schedule social media content, analyse our output, and respond to resident queries received via social media. It will be used by approximately 35 staff members
