Elfreda House Redevelopment

Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a Principal Contractor to demolish the existing building and garage block, located at Elfreda House, Iceni Way, Colchester, CO2 9BZ (including careful retrieval of time capsule located within communal lounge chimney breast); constructing a new sheltered housing building with the range from two to three storeys; providing total 36 self-contained flats and associated external works; including external courtyard, car park and drainage works.
