GB-Chelmsford: CCC - Essex Coast RAMS Review

Chelmsford City Council, on behalf of the Local Planning Authorities within the Essex Coast RAMS Partnership, invites quotations from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake a review of the Essex Coast RAMS, assessing recreational pressures on the Essex coast via detailed visitor surveys, providing an up-to-date evidence base for mitigation, and to produce a updated Essex Coast RAMS strategy which is fully costed for in perpetuity (a minimum of 80 Years**).
