Accommodation and Support Services

The Council currently commission Young Devon to provide supported accommodation to young people aged 16 years to 25 under a number of Lots in contract TCS2420. Recent government regulations have required Young Devon to register Millbrook separately. This Contract will enable the Council to utilise the Millbrook provision outside of the previous scope. The provision and support provided is a key priority for the Council who currently have young people seeking asylum aged 18 years and over placed at Millbrook. The council wish to continue to use this provision for young people18-year-olds and over.
