Description
Sunderland City Council are looking to put in place a framework for the provision of Power and Multiple Electrical Technologies works from £10k to below £250k. It is envisaged that 6 contractors will be awarded to the Framework. Call-off contracts awarded under the Framework may be to deliver schemes funded by ERDF or other funding organisations. No such schemes have been identified at the time of publishing this contract notice. This will include but is not limited to the following work:- • Maintenance and repairs • Rewiring and Upgrading of Electrical installations, testing and provision of certification • General Power Installations • Distribution Installations including provision of Switchboards, Switchgear, Final Distribution Boards and Sub-Main Cables • Works involving a combination of CCTV/Fire Alarms/Intruder Alarms/General Lighting/Emergency Lighting/Door Access and Structured Network Systems • Work with other trades as a support service Contractors must be able to supply all of the above listed services.
