Housing Management System

Cobalt Housing Group Limited ("Cobalt") is a registered housing association based in North Liverpool providing approximately 5,850 homes. Cobalt are seeking a Housing Management System which can provide all of the necessary functionality to run an effective housing operation including, but not limited to: Rents ,Arrears, Allocations, Repairs, Case management, Voids, CRM and Customer self-service portal.As part of this tender suppliers will be required to also support Cobalt to extract and then upload their data from their current system. Cobalt intends to appoint a single Contract for the entire scope of Services.
