A015 – Supply, installation and maintenance of ozone generation equipment, associated services and spare parts

This Contract is for the design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of ozone generators. The service will include all equipment and services to deliver ozone projects from conception through to successful completion as detailed below; • Site assessment and data collection • Design • Supply of ozone generators and associated auxiliary equipment • Installation • Integration with existing plant, controls, SCADA • Minor civil works • Cranage and lifting of equipment • Testing • Commissioning • Optimisation • Performance trials • Certification • Compliance with statutory and industry standards • Provision of O and M manuals, instructions, drawings and information • Personnel training • Warranty provision • Routine Servicing • Provision of replacement parts for 5 years maintenance • Proactive / Reactive maintenance Please see the PQQ CfT and draft specification for further information.
