Description
KCS Professional Services, acting for and on behalf of Kent County Council (KCC) to create a national, user friendly, time and cost effective Framework Agreement for the supply of Employee Support Services and Benefits. Associated Services may extend beyond the scope of the Services purchased and may include areas such as End User support, integration and training. The Framework Agreement will be split into 3 LOTs: • LOT 1 - Occupational Health Services To include, but not be limited to: o Telephone support services o Attendance management advice o Attendance at case conference/reviews/court/tribunal o Ill health retirement o Vaccinations o Alcohol and drugs tests o Specialist health surveillance o Employee health surveillance (height, weight, BP, BMI etc.) o Workstation and workplace assessments o Pre-employment screening and medicals • LOT 2 - Employee Assistance Programmes To include, but not be limited to: o Counselling support (group or individual) o Mediation o Bullying and harassment support o Whistleblowing services o Debt support services o Legal services o Cognitive behaviour therapy • LOT 3 - Employee Benefits To include, but not be limited to: o Childcare vouchers o Leisure facility discounts o Retail store discounts and promotions o Learning and development programme o Payroll giving scheme o Reward and recognition scheme o Green car scheme o Cycle to work scheme
