Description
Northamptonshire County Council's Commissioning Framework being procured encompasses overarching outcomes that matter to people with a learning disability and their carers in Northamptonshire namely: • People get the help they need when they need it • People have, and hold on to, relationships that have meaning to them • People feel in control • People have equal access to healthcare, training and occupation • People feel safe and are supported to take risks • People have somewhere to live they call home • People live longer • Carers are able to continue caring. The Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG's) are a contractual party to the Framework and intend to call off packages of care from this Framework as required. The light touch regime (LTR) applies to the Services under this Framework Agreement, as per Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The Framework will be opened on an annual basis or at the discretion of the Authority, based on need. The Commissioning Framework is broken down into 8 Lots: -Forensic Support -Living and Learning Opportunities -Residential Living -Short Breaks - Short Term Crisis Support -Supported Accommodation -Supported Living -Supporting People at Home
